A Hefab is a cisgender woman that will portray herself as a transgender man (simply by putting on a hoodie and speaking like Moistcritical) in order to enjoy male privilege situationally and have a say on trans issues. However in any other situations where being a woman "would put her in some kind of advantage", she's suddenly a cis woman once again. Usually has no idea what she's talking about and treats being trans as nothing more than dressup and silly play. The name 'Hefab' comes from the combination of the pronoun 'he' and AFAB (Assigned Female At Birth). Think of 'Theyfab' except even more condescending.
