The P.C. name for "sex on the dancefloor." When a guy (usually very drunk and horny) moves behind and gets up as close as possible to a girl to dance to a rap song.

The only way to dance to 50 Cent's "Candyshop" song is to bump 'n grind. Nothing beats the feeling of sex when you are dancing drunk.

Can also be used in reference to methampthetamine, though more often with cocaine. Also referred to, when using a key as a key-bump. Most often, a bump is something requested and passed between friends at bars or cantinas, and then done in a restroom stall after the go-ahead is ok'd.
