An old school New Yorker's nickname for a person living in NYC but from somewhere outside of the city. Preferably anywhere outside of the northeast.
Yo Corn Breeze, can you grab me a coffee?
I knew the neighborhood lost street credit when Corn Breeze, here , moved in next door.

In this venue, a breezeful person is an individual who celebrates the outdoors and is willing to sacrifice a lot for the environment and the clean air.
