It's a term to describe when a co worker takes your pants home after a long day of work and boils a pot of water then strains the water throught the crotch of your pants and then drinks it.

Tea tar

When you steep a cup or pot of tea for way too long and the water turns very acidic with an opaque dark brown color resembling tar.

I forgot to take the tea out of the infuser after a few days... when I finally got around to it, I had at least 1 pint of tea tar...
