Suicide heel

At one point in time it was common for men's shoes to have leather heels. In order to reduce their wear they would have metal cleats set into them. Stepping on a smooth or wet surface was "suicide" since you'd very possibly fall down.

"I love these leather soles but I about broke my tailbone when I fell from these suicide heels"
"One more fall and I swear I'm getting these suicide heels replaced with rubber."

tactical suicide

An act commonly practiced in single-player video games for various reasons, mainly because the player is in a position where he/she is unable to progress any further or return, and must kill their character in order to respawn at the last checkpoint.

Steve was playing Half-Life when he fell into a pit he couldn't climb out of, so he committed tactical suicide and threw a grenade at his feet, thereby killing himself so he could restart from the last checkpoint.

cyber-suicide by moderator

When a user in an internet chatroom or forum becomes really hostile towards a moderator for them to eject that user out of the chatroom or internet forum!

Hostile users attempt to annoy and offend the community chatroom or forum and it's moderators every way they can, resulting with the moderators banning them despite many warnings and guideline notices given by the the community or moderators towards that hostile user and may even close their account.

Hostile user: You'll of full of crap and I hope you all die!
Moderator: I've asked you three times, could you stop insulting the community and myself?
Hostile User: Screw you!
*Hostile user has been kicked out of the room by Moderator*
Community Member: What was the point of that!

Some Random User: That user has committed cyber-suicide by moderator!

When something terrible happens to a uniform or special equipment that you wear. Like crapping the dive suit, ski suit, or any other suit that is not easy to clean. A large mistake in the pants that also have an attached top like a union suit.

don't shit the big suit. I shit the big suit. Last week when I was out skiing I had a brand new union suit and instead of farting I shit the big suit. The first time I went kayaking I got so scared that I shit the big suit.

Suicide doors

Suicide doors refer to car doors that open in the opposite of the regular direction - hinges are at the back and the front of the door opens. Many cars before WWII had those and now it is a popular conversion on tuned trucks. Suicide doors are considered far more dangerous than normal doors because of the possiblity of opening during movement.

I am thinking of converting my truck to suicide doors
