A shengli is typically an asian man who works 7 days a week sweating over food and other animal parts. A shengli can be identified by his grease infested clothes, which usually look like they came from a thrift shop or garage sale and will be worn for the majority of a week's time. Bad tempered, old, and partially blind, a shengli can be found in the back of any chinese restaurant.

That Shengli just burnt my food again!
