Pisa Garbichi

An Anglo-Slavik term coined in the late 1990's. It is a derogatory term made in reference to a person of a diminished status, due to their poor performance of a specific task.

"Pisa" = a part of a whole (Anglo term "piece" )
"Garbichi" = the waste of

There are alot of pisa garbichi in this barbershop. They cant manage to give you a good fade.
