- A flooskin is where a guy stretches his ball sack and a girls takes a shot of any hard liquor off his ball sack while it's stretched out.
- A flooskin could also mean any word you want it to be.

"Hey darryl, can I have a flooskin?"
"Sure, lemme stretch my ball sack and grab the whiskey"

Or..
"Hey can I borrow a flooskin, I only got to hooskins left?"

To mercilessly slam or take down an opponent in a wrestling match. this technique is most commonly used by negroes as a variation to several moves. For example; taking a mean shot and ending up slamming your foe into the mat with unrivaled fury, which can result in injury sometimes.

ex 1: Coach: why did you have to slam him so hard son?
wrestler: he kept trying to get away and i needed the points so i hoodflopped him

ex 2: jamal broke that kids arm because he likes to hood flop, and the other guty paid the price

Derived from the drug scandal surrounding Lance Armstrong. Combined with the unreliability or dependability of a person, also know as a "flop". Together used to describe an unreliable, unpredictable or undependable person who may or may not be a recreational drug user.
