Located in the Southern tier of new York... Which is a weird area, itself... Its not upstate NY, and its not downstate NY, it is supposedly a tier in NY... It used to have a mental institution, mad people escaped... They started having kids, families... And now mad crazy people run the whole town, and the weirdest shit happens out in the area...
