The act of a male tucking his penis behind his legs. Most often done by closet transvestites while looking into a mirror and dancing around while you have a captive in a pit.

Easily defined by the actions of Tedd Levine as he played Jame 'Buffalo Bill' Gumb in "Silence of the Lambs". As he danced in the scene, singing, "Do you want to fuck me", he performed a "tuck the weedle".
