This phrase was first made popular by LL Cool J when interviewed on the Jason Ellis show on Satellite Radio. LL Cool J constantly repeated the phrase "Get These Balls" during the interview primarily as a rebuttal since he didn’t understand Ellis’ humor and felt threatened.

"Yeahhh, Yeahhh, Yeahh, Get These Balls," responds LL Cool J

LL: dude you probably got some assless pants, you're gay
Ellis: What are you doing?
LL: Holding my balls.
Ellis: What?
LL: Get These Balls, You Mutt!
