a person which can easily be controlled by propaganda, to do the most cruel and inhuman things. soldiers say that they believe, that they are doing the right thing. perhaps some soldiers even enjoy being violent, and torture enemys. if you see a guy with a gun in his hand, play dead. playing dead is also recommended if you see a soldier without gun or any other kind of groups which are known for their ungentle behaviour.

Any person who forfeits their personal freedom to join the ranks of any government organization (esp. one guilty of tyranny) with aspirations to better their lives, sometimes possessing great desire to become a trained killer, possibly also harboring a death wish. When the entire word is capitalized out of context this may refer to the popular video game, Final Fantasy VII, in which the protagonist Cloud joins SOLDIER of Shinra to become like his idol and rival Sephiroth.

Soldier

The most common class of Warrior, the Soldier is an expert in weapons of all sorts, though he is not very powerful. Soldiers are weapons experts who almost always serve under an official army. It is, however, likely for a Soldier to join a party of adventurers, and are often extremely useful. Soldiers tend to be intelligent, brave, but not very loyal.

Soldiers of the doomed Nazi 6th army often deserted to adventuring parties, who were then still in search of the Holy Grail.
