1. The disgustingly long hair on the back of someone's head when the hair on top has ceased to grow and they refuse to cut it in order to hold on to what little they have left.

2. The highly unfashionable hair style sported by bikers who try to deceive people by wearing a doo-rag into thinking that they can actually grow a full head of hair...also the style sported by burnt out hippies left over from the baby boomer era attempting to still live in their youth.
