Joe Manchin, in order to take the lead in his game against Kyrsten Sinema to gradually destroy the President’s agenda, chose not to support the original framework of the Build Back Better Act, resulting in the bill being reworked; however, Kyrsten Sinema, not wanting to lose to Manchin, decided not to support the redone bill, the Inflation Reduction Act, which will likely cause it to be rewritten a second time.
