Like skrunkly, just the opposite. Meaning a bad, yucky pet that looks a bit funky or just a really, really ugly creature. Sometimes it can mean ugly in a cute way. Can also be used to describe the sound tinfoil makes when you scrunch it up a lot.

A: "Do you like my dog?"

A absurd ‘fake’ word that originated on tumblr used to describe one’s favourite character, animal, pet, or even a friend when unable to. Words like scrunkly or scrumblo or any nonexistent word that start with scr— or related that sounds unreal is just a term of affection.
