Like skrunkly, just the opposite. Meaning a bad, yucky pet that looks a bit funky or just a really, really ugly creature. Sometimes it can mean ugly in a cute way. Can also be used to describe the sound tinfoil makes when you scrunch it up a lot.
A: "Do you like my dog?"
B: "Ew no its skrinkly and ugly"

A: "Hey check this out
(A grabs tinfoil and scrunches it into a ball)
B: "What the hell why did you do that you know i dont like wen tinfoil is skrinkly"
