1. Slang for African Americans, usually in the Southern states. They are like pigeons in that, all they do is sit around, eating other people's food, taking all the hand outs they can get and shitting on people.

"pidge" or "pige" now has come to mean the drug itself, not just the dirty greedy pigeons who hang around...
