A phony website that claims to trace any mobile phone using technology. However, all it does is show you an elaborate animation, followed by a RickRoll. In the past, it had shown Meatspin (the site with the spinning penis and anal sex), but had since been replaced with a RickRoll.

In 2008.....
Person 1: Hey Person 2, wanna find your enemy's cell phone? Go to phonetrace.org.
*Person 2 goes falls for it*
Person 2: OMGGGG MY EYES THEY BURN!!!!!!!

In 2013.....
Person 2: Hey Person 3, wanna find the cell phone that your dog buried in someone's yard? Go to phonetrace.org
*Person 3 falls for it, but instead of gay porn, he finds a Rickroll*

Phoutrage

The phony outrage that is used to drum up support for or against a particular stance/view/statement. Usually used on both sides of the political spectrum, but mostly by the conservatives. A very cheap attempt at scoring political points.

Sarah Palin sure is over-working the phoutrage about David Letterman's jokes.

The phoutrage from the McCain/Palin camp about the "lipstick on a pig" comment is really laughable.

Phone rage

On the phone --- when someone EXPLODES in rage and rants.... over talking you and maybe hanging up wanting no feedback or discussion from you.

Phone Rage: "How dare you speak to me that way....HOW DARE YOU.....this conversation is over - good bye" - (they hang up.) The language may be far worse but you get the idea. Later they may try to contact via phone - text- email - to blame and fault you in more rage and rant. {rageaholic}

Phone rage

getting angry at someone for using their cell phone in an inappropriate manner, such as texting in a movie theater while the movie is playing. Has escalated to murder at least once. used by Frosty Stillwell on his San Francisco 910am radio show, january 23, 2014.

I regretfully expect we will be seeing more incidents of phone rage in the future.

Phonegazer

Someone with a blue face, lit by their phone, who never looks up at all while they are walking, and therefore frequently bumps into strangers, telegraph poles, zebras, you name it.

Saw this Phonegazer yesterday - so immersed she walked into a shop window. Sadly it was a book shop, so she kept on walking.
