Lav means least count Or first unit of anything in hindi/sanskrit. You can assume it as a base of everything. Like body is nothing without a cell, cell is least count/unit of a body. Same are these people who have named LAV.. definitely they are base but they are not valued much in life because who asked for least counts??? But they forget that without base there is nothing.. People who have named LAV have so much courage and patience.. Unlimited patience. That's why They got tested over and over again for their patience.( P. S. Don't do this... This may be harmful for you)They are great leaders. They are perfect partner, very loyal and obedient to everyone. They are such a nice nd lovely people. Very attractive. Have beautiful soul. Lav Diaz

A Filipino filmmaker who works within the Slow Cinema genre and is notorious for directing black and white films which have (on average) 6 hour long runtimes usually shot on consumer digital cameras. Many of his films deal with the subject of fascism and martial law and are typically set in rural environments. He is both feared and revered by cinephiles.

If only I had the time to watch a Lav Diaz films, they're just too long!
