A Justen is a very sweet and caring boy. He sets goals for himself and works hard to reach them. He is usually athletic and involved in a variety of sports. However he seldom stretches after exercise. He has fascial restrictions in the iliotibial band and very hypertoned quadriceps. His tight hamstring muscles prevent him from full hip range of motion bilaterally. Despite that, he is great to be around and a lot of fun.
