The term used for someone that shows promise as a long term relationship. The antithesis to "shiny pussy." Goes beyond sexual satisfaction and is usually a surprise to one that experieces it.

A hooray (also Hooray Benry) is in British English, an upper-class male, probably university-age or a bit older, who thinks it's amusing to be loud, and rude to social 'inferiors',and the locals, especially waitresses. (In 'Trainspotting', the book not the film, a waitress hets her revenge by putting her tampon in a Hooray's soup before she serves it to him.) They wear striped shirts and try to talk a bit deeper than normal people.

I'm glad I didn't go to university in Edinburgh, it's full of Hoorays.

Hooky-Bobbing

An Alaskan teenager activity which a sled is attached to the back of a truck and pulled around with somebody on the sled, often with the truck moving at high speeds. This is done over snow or ice. The act of Hooky-Bobbing is often accompanied by jumps, bumps, potholes, and snowbanks, off which the point is to go high up in the air or hold on as long as you can.

"Last night, since it snowed so much, me, Isaac, Gabe, and Jake went hooky-bobbing out the road. We nearly killed Isaac when he went over the birm!"

this expression is the type of expression you use when you aren't very excited about something, or when somebody tells you something it isn't all that interesting. its a way of saying, "i dont really care" in a way that won't hurt somebody's feeling as badly. NOTE: IT IS TO BE USED IN A SARCASTIC TONE.
