A chunk of partially digested food that becomes lodged in the throat or sinuses following a particularly rigorous puke.

This griblet feels like I snorted a June bug.

Grimbley

Grimbley: A creature of considerable mass, typically with small limbs and eyes, and overly flat faces, not to be confused with the flat, smushed face of a pug.

I found a grimbley, a little guy, in Cracker Barrel all alone. ( this is a true story )

Gibleys

1: The meaty chunks/bits of ones person or character. Can be private parts but not necessarily. Particularly referenced in gaming when an enemy or creature is chasing you and trying to eat or kill you.

2: Any number of small items, such as quest collectibles, loot components, small parts, and pieces.

1:Slootha: (horrified screeching while running in the desert of Arrakis)
Arth: Oooh look out Shai-Hulud comin for dem Gibleys!

2: Arth: Why can’t I turn this quest in?
Slootha: You forgot to grab the gibley at the end of the dungeon after the last boss.
