It's origins date back to Sir Anarchy Jones of 13th century England where it was fabled that one of his servants had stolen one of his throwing knives. Upon discovery of this terrible act, Sir. Person 1: "Hey, why is your car wrapped in caution tape, was there a crime?"
Person 2: "No. That jackass down the street car fagged me."
Person 3: "Well, I guess we have to get him back. Time to go car fagging."
