when someone is eepy, they are sleepy. also, eep/eeping is sleeping. knawk ribibibbii... snoring sound effect....
this slang is mostly associated with "silly" memes, mostly surrounding cats and misspelled words and "broken" gen z humor. for example: "the silly!!" "goober" and "floppa."
