The "modifications" made to a driver's skill set (or lack thereof) to improve vehicle performance. Typically used as a response when someone inexperienced is asking about what vehicle modifications will make their car perform better, instead of improving their performance as a driver.

In a corporation, this is a person who was hired solely because of the color of their skin, or their sexual identity, as opposed to their actual skills or contributions to the company. This person is usually employed for reasons including company PR or lower government taxation.
