1) A person who has no shame in molding their lifestyle around hand-outs in order to live "the good life". E.g.: welfare folk, subsidized housing leechers, professionally unemployed.

2) A person who makes up for their lack of competence and professional skills through relentless means of brown-nosing used to propel their career.
