Chiefing It

To be and stay at a constant steady level of coolness throughout a night. Its imposable for someone who has not been chiefing it, to chief it. This term is usualy overly repeated while drunk or stupid.

Hey man, are you chiefing it? I'm cheifing it.

I can chief it like a pro, no one can chief it no mo, yo.
