An insult said by a character from "Purrfect Apawcalypse: Patches' Infurno" by Patches himself. He uses this term by complaining how he has to live in another character named Angel's body, also calling Angel a twink.

(Fun Fact: Patches and Angel were dating at some point, so it's kinda understandable why he considers him a twink.)
