Someone whose sense of style is off, no matter how much money they may have. Example: Too many golden chains, colorful patterned shirts with tight jeans or leather pants, slicked back hair with too much gel, etc. The term is purely Lebanese and is not used in other countries. The term itself is not technically Arabic either. The term can also be used for flashy cars). Synonyms: trashy, low class.
