It's an argentinian expression that means 'did you know?' the most of the time, but also used when something stupid is said and you realise it right after you said it.

¿Viste que mañana será el concierto?
Viste (did you know) that tomorrow will be the concert?

vested

money you can actually touch, or cash out as a paycheck/income

out of my $5000 in my 401(k), only 80% of it is vested, which means i can only take out at max $4000. my employer still holds the remaining $1000. the remaining $1000, will be mine after 6 months.
