A word commonly used by private school drop outs and posh people when referring to a ‘vape’ or ‘electronic cigarette’.

Very reminiscent to ‘that tune is absolutely dutty, turn that up, what is it? Garage?’

After Nymphadora Tonks from Harry Potter.
