When a person is acting very slippery, or suspicious.

It can also be used as a replacement for the word 'slick' or 'suck'.
Sluck is able to be used as an insult as well.

"Oh man, you're acting very slucky right now man."
"Dude! That was so sluck!"
"You slucker!"

Sluck up refers to the act of putting in more effort in what one does for better results. It is mostly used to encourage someone who have not done well as expected or supposed to be in a particular time or session.

Adimchi you need to sluck up this semester to get a good result and make your parents proud.

The manager charged the employees to sluck up as they are starting up a new project.
