Definition 1: Someone, usually in elementary school, who insults others, will exclude them from their games, etc.

Definition 2: Someone who takes it up the ass in a schoolyard. These people are usually identifiable by their hard grip on the chain link fence and their excessive screaming.

Example 1: Piss off Tommy, you don't even know the rules to soggy biscuit!

A name ultra-conservative talk radio personality Michael Savage gave to Ann Coulter in one of his rants about her. Although there is no formal definition for this word and the only reference we have of it being used is from Michael Savage, we can infer that it is derogatory and unflattering. So even if we don't know the precise meaning of the word, at least we know that Ann Coulter best fits the description of a schoolyard hag.

Look at that post-operative transvestite schoolyard hag dressed as a conservative in order to pedal books that pander to her right-wing friends.
