usually happens while walking around a mall, school, or house. starts with a walking fart, then quickly turns to the running shits. these are something not for the weak at stomach, however stomach flu can make them much worse. sometimes referred to as the trots, or explosive diarreah.
omg me and charles were walking around the mall the other day, he got the walking farts and then suddenly he had the running shits.

When you go into a store that offers their restrooms to paying customers only but you sneak in a deuce and a piss and evacuate the premises immediately before the cashier/manager notices your shit and run.
I stumbled into a convenience store that had a “Customers Only” sign on the bathroom door but I didn’t have a penny to pay but had to make a large deposit so I committed a “shit and run”
