Used to describe a statement that is just really out there, has to be untrue otherwise doesn't classify as rebandious. Similar to an outlandish statement

Rhegan

Rhegan is a tall brunnette, her legs will hypnotize you, and also with the darkest brown eyes you'll ever see, she's absolutely stunning and has an amazing laugh. She has a great sense of humor and lots of girls are jealous because of her beauty and personality. You won't find many Rhegan's in your life, but boy when you do. There's no going back. She's extremely naive and innocent, but somehow she's a heartbreaker. She's the prettiest of her school and maybe even town. If you catch the eye of a Rhegan, you'd better take her. She loves to play piano and tries to do her best at everything. She's incredibly strong emotionally. If you ever make a Rhegan cry, you know you meant something to her. She is known to put herself down. She's strangely shy at times but outgoing too. This barely sums her up. But she's amazing.
