An Offensive Slang Term to call a Ghetto Trashy Person, mostly against the African American, if you're so Racist to not blurt out the N-Word. With 1 part RAT +1 part COON, you're defining insipid individuals, who are worse by standards of being vermin nor cocking out excessive bullshit of bougieness. Characterized by its: " many shades; soil nature, and animalistic, if ever threatening intrusion on its, niche and atmosphere. Moreso, seem like a common ancessor to a Honey Badger, yet goes off again, and on again, on a tangent; worst creature irreversable to plague upon you, and the expense of others.

Surely you're a ratcoon if you be an Uncle Ruckus taking upshot tones with the likes of me, boy.
