Roflmaoasc is a variant of the well known roflmao(:rolling on the floor laughing my 4$$ off) and means:

rolling on the floor laughing my 4$$ off and scaring the cat

..which adds even more to the greatness of the laugh, resulting in the kind of laugh many people have died happy from

Another variation of the "rofl" (Roll On Floor Laughing) phrases. This one is derived from Chairman Mao, the deceased leader of the CCP.
