Commonly used as a pick-up line, initiated by a male. Usually inferring a desire to engage in sexual behavior within a short time after such statement is delivered

Used as a pick-up line by guys who REALLY want to skip passed the games and get right to the sexual contact.

Generally used very drunkenly and with a varying number of "really's" to provide emphasis on how much you "just want to touch."
