When someone onetricks a character in a video game, but isn't good enough to make an impact with them outside of a one certain ability. For example in Overwatch, a genji who can't get kills except when he uses Dragonblade.

*Genji gets dragonblade, proceeds to wipe enemy team, then dies several times without a kill afterwards until he gets dragonblade again.*
