Nab-a-Dab is the routine of a weed oil or shatter-dabber who does it daily and before anything at all, going to cook? Nab-a-dab. Moms told you to take the trash out? Nab-a-dab. ‘Bout to leave to work, nab-a-dab!

1: “Yoooo lets roll we gotta get to the game...”.

Too : “Alright I’m ready let’s roll but imma nab-a-dab first man my nerves are eight-sided, chill.....30 seconds bro”

(Dabs, gets a nice calm squint, smiles, goes)

Nab

Stands for "Not actual boyfriend". For a situation where the couple is between the "friends with benefits" and "official" stage. Either one or both of them are not comfortable with being called "official", yet everyone knows they are seeing each other, they are exclusive, and they do some couple-like things. They may not yet go on dates, however.

"Hey Karissa, did your nab finally decide he wants the label even though it's been 3 months?"

"Hey, what are you doing on tinder, aren't you exclusive?" -Emily
"Yeah, but like we're not REALLY dating yet..."-Karissa
