Should be used in the same meaningless fashion as "your mother", perhaps when you've run out of insults, or need a step up from the lame "your mother" insult already directed at you.

Downedest mother fucker

I was worried about John going to that part of town, but then I learned Nikki was with him. Nikki considers John a friend and is the downedest mother fucker I know. By me learning that I brushed my worries to the side. Nikki would watch out for John and put John's well being above his own .

Mother barn 

An agricultural building very rarely on farms used for various purposes. A mother barn generally refers to a structure that houses mothers, including the pregnant. Much like a prison camp, those mothers that are captured and sent to the mother barn never make it out.
