The patch of skin halfway between your chin and the bottom of your neck. Near the Adam's Apple. It is very stretchy, and is used for any of the following reasons;
1. Slapped to releive stress
2. Bit to show affection
3. Tugged lightly or pulled to show comradery
4. Licked to show your daring
5. Punched to seriously injure an enemy
6. Pinched to say "Stop!"
7. Tickled to awaken a sleeping giant
8. Pull with two hands to represent spirituality

"Papa Smurf will you lick my lum? Lick that lum, it's a salty lum."
