A person who is a political or religious zealot, often considered a fanatic in their beliefs and belief systems. Rarely, if ever, uses logic or critical thinking skills, but rather uses emotion and hysteria when coming to any conclusion.

The people who showed up to the meeting and attempted to disrupt it were a bunch of koo koo moo’s.

Koo syndrome

Koo syndrome is caused by skin-to-skin contact with other recipents. It is not a lethal and serious disease, but possible side effects are the excessive use of "koo" for other words.

An example of the use of "koo" between two Koo syndrome recipents:
