Sheyla Hershey is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the world's largest (38KKK) reigning implantosaur. She was recently in an auto accident and credits her monstrously fake breasts with saving her life, since she was not wearing a seat belt at the time and the airbags (clearly) had no room to inflate.

Pamela Anderson is probably the planet's best-known implantosaur.

Courtney Stodden is an example of a juvenile implantosaur. He breasts may not have yet reached their full, fake size.
