3. Typical cases of pseudo-intellectualism involve pre-pubescent 15 year olds that think they have everything figured out, including, but not limited to: life, religion, politics, education, and sex. Ironically, they have never quite experienced either of the aforementioned.
4. Pretends he or she has an opinion.
5. Posseses a severe tendency to blindly and wholeheartedly believe any bullshit they hear, only to subsequently regurgitate the misinformation to anyone they see in an asinine attempt to appear more intelligent than a used, broken condom.
6. Should the victim of the verbal onslaught happen to have a differing opinion, the pseudo-intellectual will revert to his or her thesaurus and insult the opposition with words he or she never knew existed, and probably cannot even pronounce.
7. Annoyingly and constantly refers to the word antidisestablishmentarianism, as if knowledge of said word defined his or her illegitimately high intelligence quotient.

The pseudo-intellectual doesn't seek knowledge for the purpose of better understanding the world, but rather to enhance their image. They also prefer to interpret concepts in a way that allows them to use their knowledge as a weapon in social scenarios. They'll use the misinterpretation of facts to appear objective and correct, and thus unaccountable, when "talking shit" on another person.
The pseudo-intellectual will challenge opinions or views as a way of making a personal attack. They then usually assume an imagined victory and will feel that the one they've attacked has been "put in their place". Pseudo-intellectuals are very catty and have a strong desire to socially dominate others.
Pseudo-intellectuals are quick to judge others and are usually very sure of their superiority based on their ability to use knowledge as social ammo. They'll use any means available to prove themselves "correct" and tend to believe that being correct gives them a blank check for any social pursuits, including ones that are undertaken purely for self gratification.
Given their usual motivation to either impress or dominate their peers, the Pseudo-intellectual is completely uninterested in any knowledge that they can't use in this capacity.

Get the pseudo-intellectual mug.Enough with these long and overly rambly definitions. Intersectionality is a sociological concept that simply denotes how one's race, gender, and socioeconomic class is all interconnected with each other. Simple as that.
Likewise, the term can also denote how race, gender, and class are NOT separate categories, but rather is like a system of categories that are linked to one another.
What this basically means is that a person's identity, and how it may be used to discriminate against them, is multidimensional and depends on the sum of all those aspects (race, gender, class). For example, in the 1950s, the common discourse back then was that black people are being treated unfairly. But what people don't realize at the time was that black women are being treated more unfairly than black men.
So, that is what Intersectionality is in a nutshell. It does not mean anything else, and it should not mean anything else. It is not a derogatory word used to express hatred. It is not political leftist jargon. It is does not originate from Marxist thought. It is not used to express one's 'privilege' over another. So please stop attributing these irrelevant and slandering aspects to this rather insightful term!

They don't give a shit about race, most have friends from a variety of races, or others religion, e.i. one could be christian with an atheist friend. Generally avoid the populars. Usually wear clothes more toward comfortable than fashionable though they can be fashionable. Intellectual Badasses (or IBAs) usually dont fit in with many other people than other IBAs. They hate posers (e.i. Their theme song says "we don't roll with the grills; we got braces on our faces) Could be precieved as normal but everyone know who they are because they're the group that's always laughing geniunely and cracking perverted jokes. Usually envied by populars/bitches. Top of the 'food chain' but don't really give a shit about it. Stick together like real friend should.
