That so called because of a famous UIC sammit, where russian president V.V.Putin said this word to thank partners for their harmful busy work for nothing.
First time this word appeared suddenly in anime boards to mean like cool story bro but then got its own independent definition that means nobody cares

Humitas

Said of a traditional Chilean food similar to Mexican Tamales. Consist of a corn flour paste filled in with sauce an meat. Humitas vary from traditional tamales because they can also contain egg.

The word is believed to come from Huevo-tamales, but chileans have cut the pronunciation to Hue-males, later to Humales finally Humitas.

OMG, I had delicious humitas for dinner!!
