Guts

Guts, also known as the Black Swordsman is a mercenary and wanderer who got branded as sacrifice because of Griffith (>:I) the Leader of the Band of the Hawk, most of it's members were later sacrificed to let Griffith become a God Hand/Apostel. While the Eclipse was going on Guts cut off his arm to prevent the "new" Griffith from raping Casca, which sadly still happened, while fighting monsters one of them stabbed his eye, making him loose that eye. He later replaced his lost arm with a mechanical arm/hand cannon. His goal is to get revenge and to protect casca.
As you see Guts is one hell of an edgy badass.

And always remember boys and girls Griffith has to die ;D
