Often executed with wide-eyed deference, false flattery and a generous application of words like "honestly" to maintain their professional reputation and undeservedly high salary. This person also usually has a loud mouth and/or big ass.

Suzy was like, "I know that's my area of expertise Bob, but honestly this is your vision and Carla's last comment was just so spot on. I think it would be best if she took the lead on this, don't you?" Fucking dump truck! She's always doin' this shit!
