A broad, dame, bird or just plain woman that is epitomized as a harlot by flying around on a "d" like it is a broom.
Also an insult from one male to another.

When one sees a girl that looks slutty, he or she shall exclaim to the nearest person "dickwitch", and pointing out that the woman is attractive but not something you want to touch.
OR.. it's a term of endearment or an insult. ie: Get off me, dickwitch!

Big Dick Watch

Similar to storm alerts, this term is used when it is merley suspected that a male prospect has a large penis, more evidence would be considered a "warning". Unlike storm alerts, a warning is highly regarded as a positive finding.

If you one fixes, places or installs something where other people can get to it, someone will eventually DICK WITH it.

A maintenance person installs a thermostat in a common area used by employee's. The thermostat has a locking cover placed over it. Someone gets the cover worked loose and broken so they can turn up the tempurature. So the maintenance person must figure in the Dickwith Factor, installing the thermostat by means that makes it way to hard to dick with. or installing it in a manner that being dicked with makes no difference.
