The standard mindset of a hillybilly/redneck. Also used when something looks back woods, hillbilly-esque. A form of low brow, white trash communication, see Git R' Done.
When driving trough a small town in southern Indiana which is full of hillbillies/rednecks, one might use "Dip Darrrrrr" to describe the surrounding area. If stopping in said town, one might use "Dip Darrrrrr" to communicate with the locals. (Phrase gets best results when spoken with a southern twang.)

Get the dirrrrrr mug.Something you say when something shoking has happened out of the ordinary. It can also be used as a more distincive way of saying bruhhh. The loonger you say it the more it shows how extra vagant the situation is. Instead of you saying "Im dead" you could just say "Im Drrrrrr" which sounds more better in my oppinion.
For exaple; A girl with a big back walks past, Niggato goes "Im Drrrrrr" And falls down with blood on his nose. Another example could be when someone does something stuipid "Tomz types in on youtube search bar youtube" " everyone around him goes; " Im Drrrrrr"
